Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs too!!
That movie was awesome, I haven't seen the second one though, but I heard it was really bad. Anyway, I love his character in that movie and his an amazing actor too.

I like Zorg, the human villain of The Fifth Element. Gary Oldman is an incredible actor and I loved him in this role. The character was bad but he had some really funny lines.
