wow...this is a difficult one...assuming your spelling is correct and word spacing is correct, here is what I found
JUU = " as for "
PAKA = " spread or smear on "
UKA = " depart or go away "
SUKUMA = " urge or move on or incite "

Waay, bebwa and Tapioka are all combined with other letters in front or behind them. By themselves, as far as I could tell, they are meaningless.

And btw, it is Swahili, but a dialect there of. Swahili is the native tongue of several African countries, and is spoken differently with somewhat different spelling and meaning depending on where. Just like us !
