VVTi - Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence - an automobile variable valve timing technology developed by Toyota. Basically, it learns based on your driving. The cam is rotated to reduce compression as slower speeds for easier cranking, then rotated back at higher speeds to more HP and better fuel economy.
