Okay, common happening: Somebody doesn't want to do their homework so they offer 10 points and 5 stars for someone else to do their thinking for them. Later in life they go and have lots of children and educate them as best they can with their sense of values. The theory is that as a result we are becoming dumb and dumber. You can test this theory by turning on your TV set.

Hope that helps.

Hey there...a Common Happening & something that you could develop huge theories about is...Increasing Childhood Obesity! By the year 2012 the number of American adults who will be overweight is 100%... scary figure. That means kids now are getting fatter! Go check out some info on the internet. Along with facts like...the average American eats out 8 times per month!! Wow...huge cost & huge calorie intakes. Good luck!

Examine the effectiveness of different laundry detergents. Get 5 white T shirts and stain them with things like grass, ketchup, mustard, mud etc. then photograph each T shirt. keep one of the Ts as a control and then photograph each stain of each T with a digital camera. then wash them with different laundry detergents. After washing photograph each stain again. Then scan the photos into your computer and simply use the "paint" program. open the photos in the paint program and there is a tool on the task bar where you can examine the hue of a color. then compare the hue of the original shots of the unwashed Ts and the hue of the washed Ts. Hope this helps. Try predicting which detergent will work the best.
