If you are in the underweight or normal weight category please do not try to drastically change your weight. These tips will be useful for you regardless but do not obsess about weight.
Second, if you are in the overweight or obesity categories, you can consider these methods to help control your weight:
1. Exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day. Jogging/running, lifting weights, even cleaning your house!
2. Eat 5 small meals a day and check out your food pyramid: http://www.mypyramid.gov/
(try to limit "bad" sugars or excessively fatty foods-think chocolate bars and fast food, fruits and veggies are good but don't forget to add carbs to your diet as they are important)
3. Talk to your family doctor at your next visit if you do not feel your weight is healthy.
4. Love your body for how it is, everyone is different and it might not be healthy to lose weight, even if you feel you are not "normal".

Real food diet. Tons of fresh veggies, fruits, whole grain breads, whole grain cereals, occasional yogurt and rice or soy milk, lots o fbeans and rice dishes. Take walks or dance or whatever you like to do when you move. You will lose weight.

ever heard of " the food piramide"?
it was created by experts at nutrition and it works really well. All you have to do is excerise.
im not even kidding, just eat right, and get outside. they made it for a reason. good luck

Good question! Excercise (unless you want your boobs to get smaller if you like big then don't excercise excercises that include your breasts) But the most important eat healthy!

drink nothing but green tea, and eat healthy foods, like chicken, and veggies. carrot sticks. eat only when your stomach growls, thats the most important thing.
