oh sweetie ,looks are nothing . you are both pretty in your own ways im sure. for her to say that to you .she is obviously jealous of you and is inmature to say something like that . if she is your friend then let her be. you have not to worry what others think beleive in your self girl!!!!!!!!!

Let's face it, when someone makes a hurtful comment like that it's bound to hurt our feeling and make us self-conscience. I could say you need to be more self-confident and not let comments like that bother you, but if you had good self-confidence you would not be asking this question looking for approval. You need to work on your self-esteem by doing whatever it takes to get your confidence up so when someone like that comes along and says something hurtful, you can let it go in one ear and out the other. Try taking a challenging class, so you can feel good and proud about passing it, or maybe take an exercise class and loose a few unwanted pounds, we all can afford to loose a few.Maybe you can get a new hairstyle or get your nails done. When we look good, we feel good. Bottom line is, look at that terrible comment like a wake-up call, you need a boost of self-confidence, and unfortunately you are the only one that can give it to you. Take care of you, there will always be people that have to put down others in order to make themselves look and feel better, sad but true....
