Ok, so I ate alot of birthday cake that had blue frosting...I mean ALOT. So I was with the old lady last night, and my dna milkshake came out blue. Whats up with that?

Seriously? That's weird. Too much dark colored gatorade makes my stool come out funny colors, but I've never heard of dyes affecting sperm. It's probably fine, but if it happens again, call a doctor.
Here's an interesting report on the food dye in Mountain Dew. Says it may cause a harmless yellow discharge from the penis. http://www.snopes.com/medical/potables/mountaindew.asp Maybe your blue frosting food coloring is similar.

That sounds like a practical joke people used to do to eachother in college. They'd add something to cookies, and it would make the person who eats it pee blue for a while. I forget what that ingredient was, but I'm sure you could find it online and do some investigations on what exactly was in your cake.

Nothing's up with that. Purple food coloring turns poo green, mint Tic Tacs make your urine smell minty, and I guess now you've learned a new trick.
