The highest official in government I have seen speak is the Deputy Prime Minister of Canada Herb Gray speaking at Detroit 300 during the Cadillac Reinactment at Hart Plaza on the Detroit River.

I saw Carter, Reagan, and Clinton speak.

Also shook Gerald Ford's hand once, and was at an event where Queen Elizabeth showed up.

I could never sit through a political speech regardless if they were speaking my point of view or not. I usually just get the main points in the news or by watching Bill o'reilly...He mostly sticks to the same points of view that I hold too.
