I work for a very nice company that repairs roofs, and creates new ones through a Poly Fiber mesh and Bituman overlay. I know it creates a wonderful seal, and doesn't leave any seams or gaps. They even add on aluminum to the top if you ask for it, it's a little more costly but will help to save on cooling costs. The only drawback is that it can only be used on Flat and Metal roofs. Shingles are out of the question. Now we are trying to get people to take free estimates from us, but that doesn't happen too often. What I want to know, is if you were presented with this option would you take it? Would you even consider such an option?

Not many folk have flat or metal roofs. Get a new employer.

Would you even consider such an option? When I built my four buildings, I had that option. No, I didn't do it and have no regrets.

If you guaranteed it for like 40 years and I was 100% confident you would be around in 40 years to replace it including labor if it went bad, I'd look at it.
