I have, in my rock collection (and, on an appropriate ceremonial occasion, on my Ancestors' Altar), a piece of metamorphic stone from the Blue Ridge complex (Pre-Cambrian). That rock is one of the oldest rocks in North America. That's probably the oldest thing I own. Anything older in contact with me isn't my possession; I would be possessed by it.

My physical being.
Actually, I own a vase that was given to me by my great grandmother when I was 8. She got it when she was a young girl, so it's very old. Its also very ugly, so I'll probably sell it for whatever its worth.

Perhaps my soul? Although it's debatable whether such a thing exists and if it does, it's debatable whether I still own it or not. I might still own half of it.
