Remember the above acronym. It tells you the order to solve an equation in:

B brackets
E exponents
D division
M multiplication
A addition
S subtraction

So, do the inner most brackets first:

(20+82-6)=96

The equation becomes:
[96/16] * 14

Now, do the brackets:
96/16=6

Finally
6*14=84

[ (20 + 82 - 6) ÷ 16 ] x 14 = 84

do the stuff in the parenthesis first:

(20 + 82 - 6) = 96

96/16 = 6

6 x 14 = 84

[(20 + 82 - 6) / 16] * 14=

[(102 - 6) /16] *14=

[94/16] * 14=

5.87 * 14=
