My question is simple.

My fiance has been on the pill for over a month. She has religiously taken the pill at the same time every day. If I were to ejaculate inside of her, how effective is the pill and what are the probabilities of her getting pregnant?
I appreciate everyone's time in advance for answering the question.

If she takes the pill as directed and religiously, as you say, then the chances of pregnancy are less than 1%. My boyfriend has ejaculated in me, I'm on the pill and have NEVER had a problem with it. If you two are truely concerned, talk with her doctor.

The pill has always been a winner for eight years. My lover who wants to be with men sexually took the pill. She never got pregnant. When she wanted to have kids she stopped and delivered two healthy children a girl and a boy. Do not use antibiotics while on the pill. It makes the pill none effective. Other forms of birth control should be used.

I have relied solely on birth control pills for 7 years. I took mine exactly as directed just like your girlfriend, everyday and same time of the day. I have not had any pregnancies or pregnancy scares. I am a true believer in the pill

I have always been told that three months is the ideal time to wait to make sure that the pills have taken the full effect.

If she is taking the pill the proper way, it is 99% + effective. I have been taking the pill for many years and it has never failed me. And I am not the best at taking it religiously.

Once she's been on birth control for a month you guys are good to go. People usually say three months because doctors tell women to stay on for three months to see how the hormones react with their system, if they don't do well they have to switch brands... ect. I was only on birth control for one month before I got married (we waited... ahem.. hint hint... ) and the doctor said I would be protected (99% ect) when we had sex.

So I answered even though I think you should wait ;)

Ok, i'll go with what the product says:

Pill is 99.9% effective.

NO MATTER WHAT, nothing is 100 percent besides abstinence. There will always be a risk of pregnancy. Even if it is just a .1% chance.
