Yes! There usually are taxi's there waiting for you. I have a website to give you an idea on how much it sould cost you for a taxi. All you need is your hotel address. Sea World is already listed on the website. I hope this helps!

Like some had already pointed out Mears is one way to get there, when you get out of the park main entrance if you walk to your right all the way you can find taxis there.
Also if you are planing on doing some shopping you can catch a trolley there and go to the premium outlets and it will only cost you a dollar from there and from the outlets you can take a cab to the resort and it will be less $$ just an idea.
Trolleys run in a 15 to 20 min schedule and make sure the one to go to the outlets will be the one label SOUTH just make sure because both south and north go into SW so you will not be riding the wrong way. Quicksilver is also like mears they have town cars and shuttle's running around.
Hope this helps.

Fairly easy, as taxi's are constantly at the parks. And to get one to pick you up from your hotel just tell the front desk and they'll call one for you. But it will be a pretty expensive trip especially if you don't know the area, the driver will take the longest route to get more money.

WE USE MEARS MOTOR SHUTTLE. YOU CAN CHECK THE WEB ON THERE ROUTES.
I HAVE TAKEN A CAB ALSO FROM DISNEY WORLD HOTELS TO UNIVERSAL, IT IS VERY EASY. JUST CALL.
