3 1/3x-5/6 = -2/3 change the mixed number so its
10/3x- 5/6 = -2/3 then mulitply the whole thing by 6 so its
20x-5=-4 the add the 5 so its

VERY EASY:
3 1/3X = -2/3 + 5/6
3 1/3X = -4/6 + 5/6
3 1/3X = 1/6
10/3X = 1/6
X = 1/6 * 3/10
X = 3/60
X = 1/20

first change from mixed fractions to regular fractions:

10/3 (x) - 5/6 = -2/3

now multiply everything by 6

20x - 5 = -4

20x = 1

x = 1/20
