LOL....African Americans can and will move anywhere they want to as long as they can afford it, with or without a white spouse. Then people like you can keep on moving further and further into the countrysides to "escape the black invasion".

What an idiotic question...

No, I do not think that interracial marriage is a real estate strategy.
1) Despite the implications drawn from America's divorce rate, people generally still marry because they like/love/care about each other. Not to to get into a specific neighborhood.
2) Plenty of single and intra-racially married people move into communites dominated by people of another race as well. People do not need to use interracial marriage as a way to get into a neighborhood of people of another race.
3) When people look for homes, they are generally most concerned with the value of their home and their experience living there. With this definition, people would more likely want a community that was welcoming, convenient, or a lucrative investment, rather than just "White".
4) Plenty of single, married and divored people of all races (including White) move into non-White communities all the time (for example the changing demographics of Harlem, Baltimore, and San Francisco bay area). Again, it has nothing to do with marital status or the race of the spouse.

In conclusion, African Americans do not use interracial marriage as a tool to move into White communities. Nor do they need to. Civil rights laws state that people of all races can live in any community that they want, and they do not need to marry anybody to do it.

i'm not against them but i have read and heard on various sites that there are some african americans who actually go with white women or men and have children for what they term as a plan to 'water down' the white race so that one day the african americans can take over...goes to show you racists are of all colors.

Nope- you dont need to be married to a white person to move into "white" areas. but since there are really no defined white areas- doesnt it make sense that those moving into those areas want to be able to offer their children better schools and living environments? And if they can or cannot afford it, whose business is it anyways? Not yours or mine. I say move where you want, live with who you want and ignore the stupid people...

Well, its better than the white girls who move to the black neighborhoods. Those girls end up having multiple kids with multiple fathers and no self respecting white guy would ever touch them again!

Don't be so ignorant. I mean even if such a ludicrous statement could be true, why would they want to ??
