put concealer over them to hide them. if you get the sept issue of allure mag there's a whole section on it.

Get more sleep consistently night after night.
Use cold cukes on your eyes, for as long as you want to sit back and relax. Also can use a cold wet cloth the same way.
Use makeup.

you put cucumber over you eyes 4 about 20 minuits then they should be gone
