You have to show a court that you can support yourself, i.e. have suitable shelter, food and income. If you do not have your parents challenging, it is easy based upon the above. A children's rights attorney - usually free - can help you. Call a social service office and ask the procedure and/or referral to an attorney. Don't give social service your name, etc. or they will definitely emancipate you into one of their lovely foster homes.
Don't go through the procedure if you don't have to. You have less than a year until you can make choices that ruin your adult life. If this is over a "woman," stop! If your issues are complicated you can email me and I will give you the stuff to consider.
