Neutrogena T/Gel. I've used it for months and my scalp has never been better. I ran out recently and went back to reg shampoo, and the scaling came back... Smells funny, though. Use a light leave-in conditioner in your hair to soften it w/o using an after-shampoo conditioner, which counteracts the shampoo.

Nizoral is the only thing that worked for me. You can get it at many places, but I know Walmart carries it. My sister, a nurse, recommended it to me. She uses it herself. I have tried Head & Shoulders, Selsun Blue, and T/Gel with little or no success.

T Gel by Neutrogena. It smells pretty awful but is really really soothing for a flakey scalp.

Actually, do you know what works but isn't a shampoo? Dishwasher soap! I know it sounds kind of gross, but both my stepsister and I had dandruff and we read about that somewhere, and it worked!! Tell me what happens...
