Use port 139 to gain access into their computer systems and leave a text document note there with your phone number and address.
Then use the Net Send command to create a pop-up message on every terminal on their network telling them it's there.

As soon as they find it, they'll get in touch with you. I guarantee it

if ts about a spam email asking you to help someone get money out of a dormant account or something, I would suggest you do not bother, as the police do not seem to be intereted. Otherwise get their number from the web
