I dont know how to find the percentiles for the rest of the data...what should I do?

There is no precise formula.

Handy percentiles to remember are
2.5% and 97.5% -- close to Z = +/- 2
(i.e. 95% lies between these values)

16% and 84% -- close to Z = +/- 1
(i.e. 68% lies between these values)

Otherwise, look for tables.

1%: -2.32
2%: -2.05
3%: -1.88
4%: -1.75
5%: -1.64
6%: -1.55
7%: -1.48
8%: -1.41
9%: -1.34
10%: -1.28
15%: -1.04
20%: -0.84
25%: -0.67
30%: -0.52
35%: -0.39
40%: -0.25
45%: -0.13
etc.

percentiles is 25% lower percentile

75% upper percentile

You just memorize them.

x% between 1st standard deviations etc.

Memorizing is the best way to go.
