dude. it's ken.
ok... flaming fireball that travels the same speed as the chi-ball? for roughly the same damage?
or... a flying dragon kick that burns the opponent? sucks that his kick didn't move forward just a little bit more

Ryu is better even though they are almost the same Ryu has better stuff to deal with and movements and such
