1/4 or pi/4 ?

If you mean pi / 4, you'll get a nice and easy degree to graph

360 degrees = 2 pi radians.

so ( pi/4 ) * (360 degrees/2 pi) = your conversion into degrees.

=45 degrees

You can graph 45 degrees! If it's clockwise, you will go under the x-axis.

A circle has a 360 degree angle measurement all the way around it , just like a clock from 12 o'clock around to 12 o'clock.
1/4 of 360 is 90 degrees just like on a clock from 12 o'clock to only three o'clock.
From center of circle draw a line to the 12 o'clock position. then
From center of circle draw a line to the three o'clock position. then
Connect the ends of both lines with another line and you will get a right triangle where the length of all sides are equal to each other.

I hope this helps you along.

It matters which Angle you mean. There are 3 angles

Acute:

Abtuse:

Standard is simply a line.

Sketch which Angle you mean. Draw it at 25 Degrees.

I can't tell you wha 25 is exactly but with a Paper Meter you can measure.

If this is homework you can find some sort of key in the back of your book.

Good Luck!
