it is almost impossible to find it new and sealed in a game store.
you should check online sources, like ebay.

as you can see, most of the ones on ebay are quite expensive. just buy it used, it should work fine. if it doesn't work, usually there are return options. make sure of those first, in the first place.

Either go to ebay, BestBuy, or EB Games... they will have Used or New copies of it...
