I am so sorry that you are going throu this and it is another woman that is causing you the pain
can you proof that her son is sleeping with 12 years old
as well can ther other family member help you
go to court with you
she use her job to get your child from
what don't you used her office to get him for her
go to her boss or a co-worker to see what you can
(by the way with tears in your eyes)
if you tell her boss or complain about it so much to her office
someone will look into it
that is a start
other advise is a lawyer a mean one but that will cost so much money
good luck sweet keep on praying

I think you need to get legal advise to get any real answers. Go to your county court house and pick up the papers to get full custody of your son. Is there documented proof of the accusations against his father? Get the papers started and get some legal advise!

Best of luck!!

it unquestionably relies upon on the state your in and can you tutor to the courtroom your prepared and in a position to assist your toddlers. not something is desperate in concrete and did she turn around and get you for abandonment at the back of your back? Now there is something else to evaluate if shes had them for 2 total years you won't be in a position to easily circulate yank them out of her life that ought to be unfair and intensely merciless to the child and the grandparent who gave them 2 years of affection and devotion please be gentle and form do not push and don't call for you should paintings mutually to make the parting person-friendly for all in contact

Let me tell you.... Im dealing with the childrens aid right now and they aare a pain in my ***. Go to parenting class cirtificates, go to court and say you dont want him around your son unsupervised. Get the childrens aid involved. Even thogh they are a pain in my ***.... they may do alot for you.... They wont let him see your son unsupervised. Whatever you do just go to them.

They're your kids, you don't have to sign anything! If the guardianship has expired, take your kids back.

Take him back if you can. You don't want his father to be a bad influence on him.
