Where can we spread freedom and democracy next?

Many of the other countries in the world are always asking the US for help, usually help in the form of a hand out.

The US has done much to improve Iraqi's way of life, no sarcasm needed, we know through our own troops mouths and local iraqi news that things have improved much in the way of the locals lives, this is why we've begun to release charge back to the iraqi people...."I was stationed there for 6 mths, it was hot but the people welcomed us with opened arms......"

Are there any countries, on Earth, left that don't have their hand out to us for help in one way or another?

I can't think of any.

Israel still likes our military aid, and may need more bombs --they used a lot in that Lebanon war.
