How it is made is the one that I watch. It is cool seeing how everyday objects are made. Another one that I like on the food channel is unwrapped. It shows how various foods are made.

yes I have seen it..and yes its interesting...do you ever watch surivor man..I love that show..so what else do you like ...do like kittens..and long walks on the beach and sun sets..just kidding..its a good show...
