has anyone ever heard of catching a cold every time on the day of your period?

my best friend gets allergy symptoms ,all over body aches like flu, headache, sneezing, eyes watering, nose running.
isn't that strange? maybe your immunity is lowered that day?
it only last a day or 2.

It's bad pms. I get nausea, faintness, dizziness, upset tummy. and often feel a bit fluey. She could go and see a doctor, but I expect it's nothing viral-based.

I experience this. I usually get sick around the time of my period with cold symptoms. I'm not sure if your immunity is lower or what, but I definetely experience it!
