There are a lot of homeless people but I don't mind them. Its really sad though. I just give them some money or food.

Nope. I live in a condo, a happy community. There's no other place near it that houses that kind of people. Maybe people are down on their luck and need money as the deal. I don't think it's the sign of things to come.

Most of the city is.Re -Generation of a neighbouhood only happpens on average every 7 or 8 years.

Yup. Unfortunately- most of them live here. So complaining is not gonna do a heck of alot of good. Guess we're gonna just have to move... :)
