I have tons that were funny in the past. They seem to have lost all meaning.

I secretly offered her a $20 and whipered "My friend thinks Im too tame. If you'll slap me, I'll put the $20 in your hand and go away."
She was tickled to be in on the espionage.
And she slapped me good ;)
Later she said I'd have looked even more racy if she'd kissed me.
I agreed but said I didnt want to insult her.
We dated for a while after that.

"I'm bent right over for you, honey" and "I'm guessing you have your hands down your own pants right now..." (they weren't meant in a positive way I think) were used on me with great effect.
One girl in a chat a few years ago said "Are you going to bed? If you like, you can think of what I'm doing here, now.." out of the blue, which also worked wonders.

the one that got me to marry my night in shining Armour, oh so many wonderful years ago, being from new york, we've heard it all, but him not used to our ways of speech, he asked if i wanted a "POP" , I said I"ll give you a pop right across your face, he looked so shocked and replied very quietly, well is such a hot day, thought you might enjoy a cold drink. well, it's not a pick up line but it's a pickup method: send one rose of every color possible and write "I have not figured your favorite color...YET.." I think it's adorable
