depending on how tall you are if you are 5'7 i would hope not but at 5'10 or 6'0 that would be fine.
here goes:
they practice this alot.....Keep your front shoulder and chin tucked in, and your hands back. Turn your head so that both eyes are on the pitcher - don't look around your nose. Stay on the balls of your feet - keep off your heels. Keep your head still.

running 15 laps around the bases!!

well what i do is i train by doing squats and butterflys thing like that and i also run a mile every other day
