You cannot do this until your own boundaries are in place. If you dont know yourself and what you want, how can you set a boundary for another person? If you try and create boundaries but have no valid reason, you will be perceived as a confused person and your boundary will not be respected. Observe when a parent tells a child "if you do that again you are going to bed ...or whatever." The child does it again and the parent ignores the behavior and the child does not get sent to bed. The child will soon learn that boundaries are a joke. So, look at yourself, know your own limits and then you can set boundaries and uphold these boundaries.

What kind of boundaries to you want to establish with others. Words like 'boundaries, territories, terms, etc.,' are very nebulous.
What kind of boundaries do you want to establish with yourself?
I guess I just don't understand the question.
If you haven't mastered something in yourself how can you expect to manifest in the outside world, which is nothing more than a reflection of you?

The most important thing to understand about boundaries is that without any of your own, there is no expectation for others to go by. By setting up boundaries of your own, you not only begin setting a guideline for others reguarding yourself, but you also grow as a person. Hope this helped, but if not sorry to waste your time. ;)

You teach them to learn from your mistakes, errors, and bad judgements. If you teach others to learn from your experiences (and consequences of those experiences) then hopefully they will employ boundaries for themselves.
