The song is actually called "I Like To Move It", it's by Sacha Baron Cohen (the actor that plays Ali G and Borat) and let me guess... You heard it in the movie Madagascar? I don't know if it's the original, it might be a cover.

yes,its it is caled "i like to move it" by real 2 real,cant get it out of my head because my kids had a happy meal from mcdonalds with a toy that played it,i loved that song as a teenager,but it gets too much as a parent.ha ha
