Too much moisture in your parts. Try wearing cotton underwear. Bathing after intercourse, and urinating after intercourse to get rid of the semen that is a yeast factory waiting to happen. Try wearing panty liners to keep it dry down there. The more moisture, the greater chance of getting a yeast infection.

Yeast infections are a nightmare!! Allegedly, it is dietary (too much sugar). It could also be related to sanitary towels/tampons - I had get unbleached sanitary stuff. Too much washing with perfumed soaps........ also have a wee after sex!! Its all terrible being a woman.... Have you had tests for BV or similar? Did your partner get treated for it at the same time as you? There are some herbal type things to take to decrease the yeast in your gut. Crickey, I could write a book on the things I have tried because I also kept getting yeast infections, when I started hormone replace therapy it seemed to help. (I had a hysterectomy at 29).
Seriously, go back to the doctor and mention it to them that you have a cyclical type of yeast infection and its getting down right annoying.

I am currently suffering from one myself-this one was brought on by antibiotics. Antibiotics kill off all the bad bacteria, which is why it was prescribed (I have bronchitis) but it also kills off the good bacteria that benifits your system by 'eating' nasty stuff inside you.
Your diet can acutally 'feed' the yeast infection. Foods high in sugar or carbs, like pasta, bread & beer or alcohol can actually help it grow!
I know it sounds nasty, but douching with some watered down organic, plain yogurt does the trick. (ive done it, it works on the itching fast) Eating it also helps, since this can start in your stomach, but make sure its organic. Most yogurts have added sugar....that is NOT what you want.
If all this sounds too nasty or you are lactose intollerant, try Acidophilus pills (available at the health food store) do the same thing as yogurt.
Check out the website below, its very helpful...good luck lady and feel better soon.

you can contract a yeast infection from various sources.the type of food you eat the type of clothes u wear athe detergent you use to launder ur clothes! yes.as well as how well u monitor ur hygeine.1.try ur best to eliminate ur intake of foods that contain alot of yeast based products.
2.always after u shower dry urself and stay as dry as possible and wear preferably cotton underwear they keep u cooler.
3.avoid using soaps and body washes in that area that contain very harsh ingredients if possible whenever showering use the plain water only whenever u get to that area making sure to rinse thoroughly.
4.if u r on any other form of medication particularly antibiotics as these are made from yeast itself consult ur doctor regarding the side effects of these.because the fact is that some antibiotics do bring on an onset of yeast infections.
5.be careful also do not try on new underwear recently purchased from the store without washing them as insects that r not visible to the naked eye can build nests on clothing. really though just try to keep the area as dry as possible at all times and make sure whenever you wash it is properly done. the more often u do it the less the infection will have time to build as it does dwell on heat also. don`t kill urself over it , it can be annoying but if u do what i tell u u`ll find that u r better able to control it.good luck honey

Yeast can be caused from eating too much sugar. Also, were you on an antibiotic recently? Often after taking an antibiotic a yeast infection can develop. I recommend eating yogurt, reducing sugars, and acidophilus supplements.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.
Luckly there is a cure for herpes https://tr.im/c57e5

This has happened to me in the past also. Antibiotics could be the culprit. Seems like I was getting one infection after another and always prescribed antibiotics. All boiled down to an underlying cause. Perhaps you doctor should look further with blood tests, etc. to determine why this is happening to you.

Maybe you are taking another drug that kills something that needs to be killed in your body, but also kills the normal flora bacteria in your vagina that helps protect you from yeast infections. That happens a lot.
