I was wondering what other people thought about this. I work in a kitchen in a convience store and we make soups everyday, but the problem is that even though we scrap the pots out food still gets in the drain. What can we do to stop this food and anything else from pluging up the sink?

Purchase a sink strainer. It's like the full plug, but has holes to allow liquids to drain through. You can lift the whole thing out and dump the accumulated bits in the trash.

Get one of those drain mesh things. I had to get one for my sister-in-laws hair for the shower. I know gross, but it's better than having it clog up and I have to clean it out.
