In short, no. You can install Windows on a Mac or use a virtual machine on a Mac to run Windows programs, but not the other way around unless you install Mac OSX illegally on your PC. There is no way to actually install Mac programs on Vista.

No, Mac programs are for the Mac and Windows programs are for Windows. Although you can install Windows on all new Macs and run programs or by running a virutualized Windows with Parallel's Desktop. I believe there is some kind of Mac emulator available for Windows, I think PearPC is the name. Panther is an older version of OS X anyways. Wishful thinking though. You should just buy a Mac. No other computer in the world can run Mac Programs and Windows programs side by side.

Try dual booting your Vista machine, with one of the Linux or BSD distros. MAC OS X is Darwin BSD. All the BSDs and Linux distros (800+ total!) run on PCs, have none of the 150,000 "Microsoft Virus Definitions".

All run Xwindows, and closely resemble MAC, in fact, some even have the "style" sheet setup for MAC on the desktop!

Then, go get the data from the MAC and run that in the program in the PC...

Okay, no Linux distro will EVER come close to Mac OS X. NEVER.
