You could add a courtesy reminder at the bottom of the sign,
Please curb your dog, or he might get buried where he pooped.

you should post an indication that announces,"in case you dogs poops in my backyard, i will empty my infant's diaper in yours!" I had an identical difficulty, yet I knew it replaced into the dogs around the corner. After some circumstances, I scooped up all of it and threw it of their backyard and oops, a number of it landed on the factor of the abode! After that, they stored their dogs of their backyard. you should print up a be conscious and circulate away it on the homes with a dogs, pointing out the subject and asserting if certainly one of your babies gets ill from this, you would be contacting a criminal professional. it rather is a shame rather everyone seems to be so inconsiderate. i individually doubt you have got any luck the two looking which dogs(s) it rather is, or getting the vendors to cooperate. Is it achieveable to post a fence? it rather is too undesirable you should locate a answer for some thing that may not your fault. Is there a employ regulation on your city? if so, call the animal administration officer and spot if he can do something. stable luck-i comprehend how complicated this ought to be to you.

A friend from work had this problem.

He saved up all the poop in a pail and waited for a light rain.

He scattered the poop in the dog owners driveway so they had to walk through all that wet, slimy poop to get to their car.

He could hear them cussing and swearing through his open window.

The dog came back a few days later because the dumb neighbors weren't supervising where it pooped. He "winterized" it with antifreeze.

It barely made it back to the owners porch. They found their precious "puppy" stiff as a board in their driveway.

Sorry....but, that is an old one.
My Grandfather has had that sign in his yard for the last 30 or more years.
The sign has never really been effective for him & I doubt it will be for you...
(I once saw his neighbor's dog go piddle on the sign...haahaa)

Here are some other suggestions to try...

Watch for the dog to come & take a doodle in your yard....
Then immediately collect it in a bag & return it to your neighbor...
Be real polite & inform them... that their dog forgot this at your house & you wanted to return it to them.
(After several times of this they may get the picture...)

OR

Most cities have leash ordinances...
Call your local animal control office for your city or county leash law...
Then start hitting your neighbor with violations.
Money can be a real effective way to send a message...

Cleverly worded and subtly threatening, but it's probably not going to be as intimidating as you'd like. Dogs can't read.

I think the sign is great. If it doesn't work, then (only if you are SURE of the source) take the turds to the neighbor's front door and smear them on their 'welcome' mat. Worked for me.
