After searching on Google for a type at home job, I found the website www.type-at-home.com and purchased the product for $49.00 After going through the information I received I understand its nothing like typing at home, I feel like I have been mislead and so many others will be. The home page suggests that all it takes to make money is to type and submit forms but once you have paid the money, its a different story. You have to write adverts and publish them, and you will only get the money when someone buys....May be I was silly to buy this in the first place. what are your views?

Sorry mate you have just been robbed. There are lots of free magazines about job opportunities and there is free infomation on the net about how to start businesses. You could have bought a book on home businesses from bookshops or Amazon.com In future never ever pay anyone who promises you a job or instant success. Do not even go to investment seminars where they ask you to part with a lot of money. These days there is absolutely no reason at all to pay for information. Some people have lost thousands on these cons.

Consider it a learning investment. You will have a far better idea now of how these people mislead you.....and all that for only $49! I would mail them the original forms you filled out with the areas hi-lited that are misleading, attach a letter and ask them for a full refund. If they don't comply, contact the BBB and report them. You will probably find there are lots of reports against them.
If you are looking for an honest home business that is in excellent standing with the BBB, contact me and I will show you how you can earn money without worries of scams. It is a business though, as opposed to a work at home "job".
Hopefully I can clarify for you what to look for in a company.

Yes it a known fact that these Internet sites who offer to pay you but ask for money to sign up are all cons.
There is a debate in the EU Parliament to get these sites banned and I think these will be made against the law. We will have too see if this happens.

you must view anything which asks you to send money and does not describe it as a business opportunity with the greatest of suspicion. most of these adverts are by people who get you to pay for directions and advice which you could probably get for free if you look in the right place. the only ones who ask for capital are those who claim this is a business opportunity and charities who will ask for a nominal fee to cover postage.

I would say yes, did you think check the Better Business Bureau first? Even ask around if anyone had used them, sometimes if it sounds to good to be true, then you really need to research it! Sorry that happened to you, but I'm sure if it doesn't pan out, you will try to research it before you sign up again. That's life we have to live and learn!

Unfortunately you have been conned and I feel sorry for you as you thought you were getting something else and not what you got! This is the type of thing that is shown on 'Watchdog' or even 'That's Life' when it was aired and how easy it is to be sucked in!
This is one lesson in life that you will remember and put down to experience.

Internet? Not always the best source of good ideas unless proven. I handed my full C.V away 'for free' only to be asked for $35 at the very end but then was not given the chance to clear my C.V. You've been conned!

As Dave Ramsey says, you have just paid a stupid tax. (Paid for something to learn a lesson.) Good luck on being smarter next time.
