Water! After I up my intake from a glass or two a day to 8-10 glasses a day, my skin didnt break out as much and it glowed. I also do olive oil washes which keeps my skin nice and shiny.

any fruits or vegetables. as long as you have a balanced diet with exercise, and water, with minimum stress, ull be fine. also sleep.
