i sleep naked under a sheet with 5 pillows and with the fan on low a with my blinds open and sometimes with my radio on. o yeah its great.

Nightgown, undies, sheet, one cotton blanket, 4 pillows (3 for when I sleep on my side, and one for when I sleep on my stomach--I alternate),fan, kitty on a pillow at the foot of the full-sized bed. The head of the bed is elevated by concrete blocks so I don't get acid reflux overnight (yes, it looks strange tilted, but it works!) I'd prefer my door closed, but the little butthead cat scratches at the door if I close it and it's like nails on a chalkboard. So, open it is.

My grandmother taught me to sleep naked between fine linens. That got me into trouble in the Navy, because you had to be ready to call stations and be on alert.
When I was discovered, my commanding officer demanded that I get checked once or twice a week...just so that I could make it to battle stations on time with everyone else.
So if you sleep naked like a whole bunch of particular people that were taught properly...you ain't at granma's anymore.

a shower and powder on the skin...big tees or nightdress without undies coz i can't sleep with garters around my body...one very soft pillow for the head, one big soft pillow to hugaround, one long soft pillow behind knees...darkened room, very low fan, if there's no wind outside... no music or sound whatsoever except when at the beach front where the lap of the waves is most welcome, or the sound of the rain can really lull me to sleep. somebody special and warm beside me - that would complete the picture of a good sweet night.

First of all your answer is pretty weird. Like to sleep nude with the blinds open? What ever floats your boat. I sleep with blinds closed fan on high with boxers

pj pants and a big t-shirt with 2 pillows and sheets and a comforter. i listen to classical music on my ipod and leave my window open a crack for ventilation.
