Absolutely!!!
Jock itch is a fungal infection ... i.e. yeast!!!
Treatment for jock itch is the same medicine that is in your typical Monistat cream ... only it is usually sprayed on for jock itch.
Fungal infections love warm, moist areas ... namely your vagina. Avoid intercourse with your boyfriend until he is clear. Avoid oral sex too ... funguses love your warm moist mouth too!!!!
Good luck!!!

It depends on what is causing his problem. If it's just the regular jock itch, caused by perspiration, etc., it will not cause you to have an infection. But, he may have a yeast infection which is common in fellows, and that is contagious. Also, STD's. I believe I wouldn't let him near me, until it's checked out.

Jock itch is a fungal infection as are atheletes foot and yeast infections. That in itself should give you a good reason to have him get it fixed up before he puts it in.

I don't think so, but if it already has, maybe you and him should go to the doctor. It may be more than "jock itch", if ya know what I mean.

Definately. Just like a yeast infection, you guys can keep passing it back and forth everytime you have sex. So until he gets rid of it, stay clear of sex.
