You need all the safehouses, there's one to the west of the pole position club, a fancy villa north of the hospital in vice point, 3321 vice point, which is on the most northern road on the eastern island, your mansion (No need to buy), the hyman condo (In a little alleyway near the hymn memorial stadium), a little shack up some stairs near the biker bar. You may need to do some mission for some of the assets to trigger the last missions, but you need to do all the asset missions to get the revenue from them
