Nepotism, thats the simple answer. " Give my brother a Job, after all your brother and sister have jobs at the BBC, and its only taxpayers money." "Yes, my dad is your dads brother after all, Jon." Its all like that!

Well that is a common occurance with parents to have more than one child.

Because many many years ago they both emerged from the womb of the same woman, who had in turn had her eggs fertilised by the same man on at least 2 separate occasions.
By another coincidence - the man also happened to be her husband.
