You can get a bottle of ginger pills at a Walgreens store for cheap, and trust me, they will work. I was having problems getting nausea in a car, driving or riding, and sometimes even walking for months. Doctors gave me several things that didnt help. I researched and found info about ginger. I started taking the pills and my problem is gone. Dont take too much, just one to two pills per meal at most. This test was even done on a show called "Mythbusters" on the Discovery Channel and they proved this method worked better then even medicine when they tested it. hope it helps!

Yes, ginger root is a good idea in different forms. I saw a ginger root softdrink once. You can get raw ginger root and chew a slice or two. Put raw ginger root in the blender and mix with something like orange juice. There is also candied ginger root if you can find it.
Something with some kind of pepper may help a little too.
Ipecac is for emesis or vomiting and that can be good for the health under certain circumstances.

Well, if you are traveling and are prone to motion sickness, take a ginger capsule before you get on a plane, it will stop your stomach acid from churning, rolling around, which....is what causes the nausea in the first place.
I read that smelling apples will also curb nausea, I have never tried it myself.

Well to be honest Marijuana is the best bu tthen depending on what state you live in deturmains if you can get an Rx from your doctor. I don't think it is worth getting arrested for but it has been used for nausea for many years now by cancer tratment facilities as it is the most effective treatment.

You can also try peppermint essential oil applied topically over the stomach. If you have sensitive skin, dilute it with unscented massage oil, natural cooking oil, or unscented cream. Do not apply before exposure to sun. Do not get in eyes or other "sensitive" areas. Do not use if pregnant. Peppermint's a quick fix for any gastro-intestinal disturbance.
Do not use with homeopathy -- peppermint can antidote homeopathics.

IPECAC??? That is to induce vomiting! Not cure nausea. Make a tea from ginger root. It kinda burns (spicy) going down, but the nausea goes away almost instantly.

MythBusters did an episode on this one and they found that Ginger root actually worked pretty well
Don't worry about the Homeopathic Ipecac.(Also don't waster your money) While Ipecac is used as a purgative and to induce vomitting, in a 30C dilution, there is only 1 molecule of Ipecac for every 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 molecules of water. (that's a 1, followed by 30 zeros...though it won't let me show that)
