then u do get an email, u cant just search on a location doesnt matter if you had their house address.

I just checked myself on The Ultimate White Pages and got a bunch of old e-mail addies I haven't used in ages and none of the ones that I currently use. Doesn't look very good to me!
If that link doesn't work for you, there's really no way to do it.

Get their phone number on www.whitepages.com and call them and ask what their email address is.
