I would call the doctor/nurse/midwife immediately. You may be experiencing symptoms of preeclampsia (pregnancy-induced hypertension/toxemia) Which can ocuur in late pregnancy. Symptoms are a sudden relentless headache, swelling in feet, hands or face, elevated blood pressure and protein in urine. So you should probably stop in to doctors office so they can check pressure & urine. Dont be alarmed - it does happen... but please call your doc! Good luck hun!

Has your blood pressure been checked lately? You could have high blood pressure and that could cause you have very bad headaches, which could also be a bad thing for pregnancy. You should probably mention it to your doctor and be checked. I don't think tylenol would hurt but you definitely don't wanna take any chances if you've already come this far.

Swing past the doctor's office to get your blood pressure checked. You can have normal BP all through pregnancy and then it skyrocket at the end---with signs of headache, and or nausea. Get it checked and if it's fine, take some more tylenol, drink more water and get some rest.

had you had that headache 9 months earlier, you would not have been pregnant now!
Anyway, feel well. hope you get some sound answers but seriously? Why ask us lot. You should go and see your doctor. Now!

no, any pharmacueticals, OTC or prescribed, are going to have side effects- they may be small, they may not be noticed in the short term but it can be damaging none the less.
Your body is not Tylenol deficient right now. It may be something as simple as needing to drink more fluids to something more of a problem. If this persists, talk to your doctor- don't keep popping pills.

I had that prob. a while back (at 3 months preg) turned out I was dehydrated! Go figure. I also had a sinus issue and was given antibiotic for it. I'm sure that made it worse! I would try with just the water. Good Luck

Honestly it's just me but I wouldn't be putting any chemicals into my body at all. Plus if the headache has lasted that long then maybe it is time to discuss it with your doctor or try something herbal.

I would suggest going into the doctor to rule out any hypertension. This is very common during the last trimester of pregnancy and one of the most common signs is an usually strong headache.

Yes get your BP taken. Try taking some caffeine, and find a swimming pool too. Getting your body submerged will help your body rid itself of the excess fluids and help with your headache too.
