You do not say how young you are. It sounds like you are a little silly believe everything that a divorced man says about his wife. If the judge does this, then he is not quite the victim that he appears to be. Remember the ‘till death do us part’ rule? There is a reason why this is happening. Perhaps after a life of poverty (which is almost always the case for ex-wives and the kids) the children are in need of some extra education. He should be asking the mother of his children what she needs, right? If she is struggling and he is taking trips, then ask yourself…WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? Dump him.

I have heard of it happening in "child support" situations, or alimony situations. She can't just put a "block" on it, as far as I know. Normally it has to be blocked by a judge, in court. Hope this helps.

If he failed to pay support that was due, it could be blocked!
All parents have a duty of support, it does not have to be spelled out in the divorce decree!!!!!
