Harry Potter had nothing to do with my question. There is current technology being developed that may lead to something like a cloak of invisibility. The Stealth military aircaft is one example of similar technology.

I would use it when the Jehovah's witnesses come to the door. I would open it and start telling them they need to get on their knees and repent. Then I would follow them for the rest of the day telling them what the Bible really says.

I don't need to hear what other people are saying about me -- don't care.
I have no desire to steal anything.
Would be kind of fun to get in my car and drive through town a few times, but I wouldn't want to cause any accidents.
Can't think of one way that I could use this to serve the world. Masking oneself is something humans already do -- wolf in sheep's clothing kinda' thing.
I'd sell it.

I would follow my boyfriend to the bars to find out what really goes on when he confuses 2 1/2 hours for 10 minutes and then doesn't know how he got home.
