i am 100 pounds ( really short, so i look chubby) i am 11 and i want to lose 10 pounds by november 17 2006.










please don't tell me i don't need to lse weight. height is a huge factor in the way you look and i am so short that i look chubby and 10 pounds would be good to lose.

First of all...you are only 11. You're still growing, which means you have until 16-18 to grow any height. All that weight you have now will even out once you hit your growth spurt. For girls it's generally between 12-16.

Also, if your family has a history of being overweight, chances are you will too. It depends all on your genes. If your family is tall and thin, chances are you will be too. You've got years ahead of you before you even need to be thinking about loosing weight. Live out your childhood being you. Not some celebrity or someone else just because they've got a few bones hanging off them.

If you're really that concerned and your parents or a doctor are suggesting you loose the weight it starts with your diet. Are you eating all your fruits and veggies every day? Are you drinking enough water? Do you walk regularly? These are all things you need to take notice of, if you don't already do them.

eat loads and loads of fruit, serial, vegetables (cooked or raw) drink loads of water, go out to play with your friends as much as you can, have fun doing what kids your age should be doing and finally don't ever worry about your weight because trust me your body will change so much over the next ten years or even more, sometimes your body shape runs in your family. For me I would put on weight stretch an inch or two and then look thinner again, it;s all part of growing up!

Eat whatever you want and excerise 30min a day, 4 times a week.

You're beautiful whatever your weight, thin should not be the goal, being healthy should be the focus - and this is the way to get fit and flexible.

eat healthy,
exersise regularly,
don't sit in fron of the computer/tv,
the weight won't fall off,
you'll get trim and hold your weight at 100lbs
and as your still growing you'll look a slimmer,
if not wear stripes,
hoops just make the slimmest look as if they've got a belly.

SWEETIE....at 11 years old you really should not be worried about trying to lose weight yet. Gosh it could still be baby fat!

100 sit ups everynight
and alot of water.
No eating after 7 pm
no sodas.

However..I think your weight is fine..even though you dont want to hear that.

Drinl only water and eliminate all sugar from your diet. That will take care of it.
