My mom says I got a patch of freckles on my shoulder when I got shots/vaccine as a girl, what shots do that?

Up until a few years ago it was the only place on my body I had freckles. It's a circle of about 150 freckles, over lapping each other in some spots, and the whole circle is only a little bigger than a quarter.

Tetenus shots leave a freckle on my skin, but only one small brown freckle. The small pox vaccine, which most people do not get unless travelling extensively abroad, leaves a round indention about the size of a quarter, but I have not seen any that discolor like freckles.

Your mom was messing with you hun. Shots do not give you freckles.
