You need to let her know having a baby takes more than laying down and starting it. She needs to understand having a baby is not a way out of the problems she may have. Being a good mother means she is ready to put her personal feelings aside and get up at all hours to take care of the child's needs. She also has to understand that money is needed and because two people make a baby they do not move into adulthood. Doing it only means taking on more problems than most people at 18 are ready for. She has so much to do before having children. She should learn a skill and see the world not stare at a ceiling and get humped.

Well they should think about the baby first if they are not finanally ready why should they have one i think a baby deserves everything they need, food, pamers, clothes, and what happen when they get sick what if they dont get insruance they should both work and save money and get married and stable them self to have a familiy cuz otherwise they will get fustrated and end up leaving each other and what happen with the baby.. see i think they should first get ready finally and then think about the baby is not wrong having a baby only if ur ready for it

wow!!! this is a hard place to be. i think u should try to convince your friend to wait until she has enough money to support herself and her baby and until she has a well paying job cause a lot of my friends had a baby at an early age and they say that it ruined there life even though they love their baby. they don't have a lot of freedom to go out with friends and don't really have time for school, so there dropouts and they rarely have time for themselves. i think ur friend needs to wait until she is a little more mature!!! and financially ready to have a child !!! and u should remind her that her Bf and her can wait to have a baby because she is young and if she makes the decision to have a baby, she cant take it back without hurting her baby!!!
good luck!!!!!!!!

I Think all you can do is be there for your friend. This is a big decision for the two of them and it needs to be made between them and you should just be there if she ever needs you. Also I believe that 90% of us are never financially ready for kids And if we all waited for that we would never have kids and this would be a sad sad world. Good luck to you and your friends.

Tell her to wait. She will have plenty of good baby making years in her future. Tell her that you can be her friend, but that doesn't mean that she will get moral or financial support in the amount that she needs.
Tell her to get a job in day care for a few months.

Encourage them to hold off until they have good jobs and get in a better financial situation. If they don't it will be very difficult to ever get financially fit.
Degrees can significantly improve your opportunities in life.

Tell them to save their money for a few years, and then have a baby.
I doubt they'll be ready to have a baby by then.

This is a really tuff place to be. You really want to be parents, but you don't have enough money. I would say the biggest way YOU could help is offering to maybe watch the baby while they worked, refered them for a good job.. etc.

Alot of planned parenthoods have programs for you girls that think they want a baby and they teach them the reality of it, or see if she can care for a friends baby for a couple of days, that might help change her mind
